The demonopolization of the alcohol industry continues. The price of Velykoliubinskyi operating location and storage of alcohol increased to UAH 55 million

From the privatization of separate property of the Velykoliubynskyi  operating location and storage of alcohol SE “Ukrspyrt” to the budget should come over UAH 55 million.

Only one bid was submitted to participate in the auction, but the cost increased 1.83 times, from the starting UAH 29,968,032.31 to UAH 55,009,989. This increase in price is due to the algorithms of online auctions, which motivate participants to make high initial price offers, from which further competitive advantage during bidding depends.

This is the 17th successful online auction for the privatization of SE “Ukrspyrt”, which is conducted by the State Property Fund within demonopolization of the alcohol industry. Future owners of these assets will have the opportunity to become participants in a new competitive market for alcohol production.
