Privatization in Vinnytsia region: "Lityn bus park" at a transparent e-auction

On January, 22, 2021, it will be held the e-auction on privatization of the property complex of the state enterprise "Lityn bus park", located in the city of Lityn, Vinnytsia region, at 30 kilometers from Vinnytsia, on the route "Vinnytsia - Khmelnytsky" (E50).

The complex consists of non-residential buildings and constructions with the total area of ​​2906 sq. m., located on a land plot of 3.0515 ha, including: an administration building, repair shops and zones, control room, warehouses, overpass, container site, etc.

The starting price is of UAH 3.35 million, and accepting applications for participation in the e-auction will last until January 21, 2021.
