Cherkasy Regional Office announced a competition of appraisers
Information about the announcement of the competition of selection of evaluators who will be involve to the independent evaluation.
An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of rent in order to conclude a lease contract for state property:
-Premises of the second floor of a four-storey building with an area of 15.0 square meters: Cherkasy city, 205, boulevard Shevchenko.
II An assessment is conducting to determine the market value for the calculation of rent charge in order to extend the lease contract of state property:
- part of the premises on the fourth floor in a dormitory building area of 0.5 square meters; part of the premises on the fourth floor on the opposite side of the staircase in the dormitory building area of 0.5 square meters: Cherkasy city, 84/2, Smilianska Street.
The deadline for accepting the applications is January, 9, 2018 until 16.00.
The competition will be held on January 15, 2018 at 11.00 in Regional Office, 205, blvd. Shevchenko, Cherkasy City, tel. 37-29-71.
