Cherkassy Regional Office sells premises in the building of a tractor brigade

Non-residential premises are offered for privatization in the building of a tractor brigade (bath, shower room) with a total area of 12,3 sq. m, Mankivskyiregion, Filitsiia village,  11/1 Molodizhna street.

Non-residential premises, namely: a shower room and a bath are the part of the premises in the building of a tractor brigade, construction-in 1965.

The premises require major repairs. The building has electricity networks, water supply, sewage, and no heating. The object is not used. Land is not allocated separately.

Initial price - 5, 064 thousand UAH.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction is December 18, 2017, till17.00.

The auction will be held electronically by the Central Universal Stock Exchange on December 22, 2017 at 11.00.
