Cherkasy Regional Office conducts competitions on the selection of appraisers

Regional Office of the SPFU in Cherkasy Region has announced competitions for the selection of appraisers to be involved in an independent assessment.

An assessment is made for the conclusion of lease contracts for state property:

- non-residential premises on the 2nd floor of the administrative building of 11.29 sq. m.: 39 Dashkovycha street, Cherkasy city;

- parts of premises of the 1st floor of the administrative building of 44.92 sq. m.: 26 Hetmanskyi Shliah street, 26, Lysianka small town;

- parts of the warehouse of 867,2 sq. m.: 9 Kyivska street, Kosari village, Kamenskiy district.

An assessment is made for the continuation of the contract of lease of state property:

- non-residential premises on the 1st and 5th floors of a six-storey administrative and industrial building of 189.5 sq. m.: 8 Odeska street, Cherkasy city.

The deadline for filing applications is October 16, 2018, at 16.00.

The competition will be held on October 22, 2018 at 11.00 in RO.
