Cherkasy RO offers for lease non-residential premises

Cherkasy Regional Office of SPFU offers state property objects for lease:

- part of the lobby on the 2nd floor of the educational building of 12.0 sq. m.: 460boulevard Shevchenko, Cherkasy city. To place a commercial object for the sale of foodstuffs, except for the goods of the excisable group;

- premise of the 2nd floor building of a 4-floor administrative building of 20.2 sq. m.: 205 boulevard Shevchenko, Cherkasy city. For office space;

- buildings: store of 53.2 sq. m. and buffet of 42.4 sq. m.: 137 street Shevchenko, Zolotonosha town. To place a trading object of the food products sale, except for the goods of the excisable group.

Aplications about the lease of these objects are accepted by 07.02.2018 at the address of RO: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenko, 205, room 410.

If two or more applications for one lease object are received, the lessor will announce a tender for the right to lease it.
