The Constructor's Office is located in Chernivtsi, Ruska Street, 248 L and produces of units, parts and devices for cars and their engines.

The SPC includes part of the building with an area of ​​13 696.40 square meters, machinery and equipment.

The land plot, on which the object is located, is given for permanent use for production needs with the total area of ​​0.5686 ha.

The enterprise does not carry out production activity, products are not produced. In the last three years, the company is unprofitable.

Among the conditions of sale - the buyer determines the further use of the object by himself.

The starting price is 23,019 million UAH.

Applications are accepted until 17 p.m. on 02.10.2017.

The auction will be held by the Commodity Exchange “Universal Commodity Exchange” on October 6, 2017 at 10.00.
