Donetsk Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced a contest of appraisers

Donetsk Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced a tender for the selection of appraisers, which will be involved in an independent assessment:

1. Small-scale privatization objects:

- Single Property Complex of children's health camp "Golubok" at the addres: 29 Ivana Mazepy Street, Sviatogorsk Town;

- Single Property Complex  "Ship Agency Complex" at the address: 42 Lunina Ave,  Mariupol town;

- Unfinished Object - cinema for 500 persons at the address:28a, microdistrict Shakhtarskyi, Pokrovsk town;

- Unfinished Object  - an attached store to a 75-apartment residential building at the address: 3 - Б, Koshovoho Street,  Volnovaha district, Donske village;

- Unfinished Object  - hospital-polyclinic at the address: 2 Radina M.V. Street, Mariupol Town.

2. Objects for rental purposes:

- non-residential built-in premises with an area of ​​14.5 sq. m of the first floor in the building of the railway station Krasnyi Lyman at the address: 14 A Pryvokzalna Street, Lyman town;

- non-residential built-in premises with an area of ​​14.2 sq. m on the first floor of an administrative building at the address: 4 Mendeleeva Street, Volnovaha Town. 

 3. Determination of the amount of losses incurred by the state for the established fact of lack of fixed assets of the Integral Property Complex of the State Enterprise "Dobropilliavugillia", transferred to the lease "DTEK"Dobropilliavugillia "LLC under the lease agreement dated December 22, 2010 n /a.

The contest documentation is to be submitted till 2 p.m. on November 23, 2018 at the Regional Office. Detailed information is available in the newspaper "Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii" № 92 dated November 14, 2018. The competition will be held on November 29, 2018.
