Khmelnytskyi RO conducts the competitions on the selection of appraisers

The Regional Office of the SPFU in Khmelnytskyi Oblast conducts competitions on the selection of appraisers who will be involved in the provision of property valuation services:

- premises of 275.2 and 73.5 sq. m in the building of the store, at the address: 93 Vokzalna str., Kamianets-Podilskyi;

- parts of the corridor of 6.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the building, at the address: 1 Podilskyi lane, Starokonstiantyniv town.

The purpose of an independent valuation is to determine the market value for the purpose of extending and concluding lease agreements.

Competitions will be held on June 27, 2019, at 10 o'clock in the Regional Office.
