There is necessary to evaluate the objects of lease in Sumy region
Sumy Regional Office announced the competition for appraisers. Need to evaluate the lease objects:
- a building of former washery of 356.0 m2 in Sumy city, 25 Hamalia Street;
- non-residential premise of garage of 41.0 m2 in Sumy city, 9 Lebedynska Street;
- a part of paved area of 3.7 m2in Sumy city, 2 Rymskogo Korsakova Street;
- a garage of 18.6 m2in Sumy city, 11 Supruna Street;
- non-residential premise of 10.3 m2in Trostianets town, 1 Myru Street;
- a part of in-building premise of 4.0 m2in Okhtyrka town, 46 Sumska Street;
- a part of area of 2.0 m2in Konotop town, 19AVyrivska Street;
- a part of area of 6.0 m2in Romny town, 250 Horkogo Street;
- a part of area of 12.0 m2 in Ulianivka, Bilopolskyi District, 20 Volodymyra Kolesnyka Street.
The competition will be held on November 15, 2017 at 9.00 at the address: Sumy city, 30/1 Kharkivska, floor 5, room 2.
