Premise for the placement of café and petrol station are proposed in Zakarpattia region

The Regional office offers to lease following facilities:

-         Built-in premises with a total area of 43.7 sq. m. on the ground floor of medical and bedroom building for 50 places with club and canteen for 100 places of medical rehabilitation center “Shaian” of Ministry of Interior of Ukraine at the address: Shaian village, Khustskyi district. Intended use – the placement of café, which does not sell the goods of the excisable group;

-         a part of parking for lorries of service’s area “Tysa” of 80.0 sq. m at 1 Yevropeiska str., Solomonovo village, Uzhhorod district;

-         a part of parking for lorries of department “Diakovo” of 80.0 sq. m at 7 Zastavska str., Nevetlenfolu village, Vynohradovo district. Intended use - for retail fuel (the placement of filling station).

Applications are accepted by 24.09.2018 inclusive.
