Rivne RO offers to evaluate workshop and transformer substation

The Rivne Regional Office of SPFU has announced a competition for appraisers on 13.02.2018.

The applications for participation in a competition for the selection of appraisers which to be included in the independent evaluation of the lease object are accepted until 16.00 February 07, 2018, such objects:

- part of the training and production workshop of 77.87 sq. m.: 3a. S. Demianchuka Str., Rivne city;

- building of transformer substation of 40.5 sq. m: 200 Kyivska Str., Korets town.

An evaluation is made to determine the market value for the calculation of leaset in order to conclude lease contracts of the state property.
