Dnipropetrovsk Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine sells a hotel in the Dnipro city and an administrative building in Kryvyi Rih

Dnipropetrovsk Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced the sale of two small-scale privatization objects:

- buildings of the hotel "Rassviet" of 11173.1 sq. m at: 30 Ivana Akinfiyeva str., Dnipro city;

- part of the administrative building (premises of the 3rd floor) with an area of 362.1 sq. m at: 1A Heroiv Pidpilnykiv ave, Kryvyi Rih city.

The auctions will be held in the e-commerce system "ProZorro.Sales".
