Ternopil Regional Office sells unfinished housing building

On December 26, 2017 at the e-Auction will be sell the state-owned property -incomplete construction object – a housing building for 40 apartments. An e-Auction will be held by the Ukrainian Universal Exchange (https://uub.com.ua).

Electronic bids will last from 11.00 to 13.00.

The facility was returned to the state property and placed at the address: 5 Parashchuka Str., Terebovlia town, Ternopil region. A land plot under object of 0.2211 ha.

On the building, in general, the installation of the foundations was completed, partially the walls of the basement from concrete blocks were executed.Readiness of the object is up to 5.56 %.

Starting price of the object is UAH 647.112 thousand.

Deadline for applications is December 22, 2017 until 13.00.
