In the city and region of Ternopil the non-residential premises are offered for lease
The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region offers for lease:
- a part of an area with an asphalt covering of 500 sq. m (30a Tekstylna str., Ternopil city), is offered for car parking and building materials storage;
- a part of premises at the basement floor of a dormitory of 455.6 sq. m (7 Lvivska str., Ternopil city), is offered for a canteen placement, which does not sell the goods of excisable group;
- a part of a plot with a rubble covering of 352.0 sq. m for parking lot (18 Mury str., Lanivtsi town);
- hydraulic facilities of the pond Plotycha 2 and hydraulic facilities of the pond Plotycha 3, which are situated inside the territories of the Budilsk Village Council and Plotychansk Village Council, Koziv district, are offered for fish farming management;
- a part of premises at the 1st floor of an administrative building of 208.9 sq. m (1 Biletska str., Ternopil city), is offered for a canteen placement, which does not sell the goods of excisable group.
