Work for appraisers is offered in Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska oblasts

The Regional office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska Oblasts announced a contest of appraisers which will be involved to carry out independent evaluation of property:

In Zaporizhzhia oblast:

-         A part of building roof of 7.34 sq. m. In Zaporizhzhia city, 10, Dobroliubova str.;

-         Non-residential premise of 46.3 sq. m. built in the first floor of a two-storey educational building at the address: 19, Mykhaila Hrushevskoho str., Melitopol town;

-         A non-residential premise No. 4 of 25.8 sq. m. on the first floor of dormitory at the address: 64, Nezalezhnoi Ukrainy str., Zaporizhzhia city;

-         A non-residential premise No. 26 of 377.3 sq. m. on the first and second floors of building at the address: 75, Sobornyi ave., Zaporizhzhia city;

-         Non-residential premises No. 426, 427 with a total area of 30.9 sq. m. on the fourth floor of building, a corps A, at the address: 74a, Patriotychna str., Zaporizhzhia city;

-         State real estate property of 682.2 sq. m. of the rest complex “Delfin” at the address: 44, Kosa Peresyp, Kyrylovka small town, Yakymivskyi district.

In Kirovohradska oblast:

-         A part of concrete plot of 14.0 sq. m. and a part of a smokestack of 3.0 sq. m. of boiler house of the Inhulets mine in Neopalymivka village, Kirovohradskyi district;

-         Non-residential premise of 12.82 sq. m. at the address: 10, Kryvorizka str., Novohorodka small town;

-         A part of non-residential premise of 2.0 sq. m. at the address: Neopalymivka village, Kirovohradskyi district;

-         A part of non-residential premise of 2.0 sq. m. at the address: Smoline small town, Malovyskivskyi district;

-         A part of non-residential premise of 5.48 sq. m. at the address: 1, Shakhtarska str., Oleksiivka village, Malovyskivskyi district.

Deadline to submit applications are 30.08.2019 (inclusive).
