Zaporizhzhyaregional officeof SPFU announced the e-auction held by Ukrainian Universal Exchange forsale ofthe unfinished building No.71,the unfinished warehouse, the unfinished transformer substation, the unfinished canopy (along with the land plot with an area of ​​1.2613 hectares) .

The property is located in the center of the city of Vilnyansk, 7-b Sofievskastreet, next to the railway station and the national highway.

Initial price of the object with the VAT - 1, 964 million USD.

The auction is scheduled for 09.02.2018.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction is from 05.02.2018 till17.00.
