Regional Office of the SPFU in the Cherkassy Region has announced a competition for the selection of appraisers to be involved in an independent evaluation of lease and privatization objects:

I. To calculate the lease payment for the purpose of concluding a lease agreement:

1. non-residential premises part of the warehouse building area of ​​77.1 sq. m. in Cherkasy city on the str. Baidy Vyshnevetskoho, 64;

2. parts of the non-residential building of the soldier's tea area of ​​27.7 sq. m. in Zolotonosha town on the str. Shevchenka, 98, m/p 1402;

3. premises on the fourth floor of a four-storey building with an area of ​​49.0 sq. m. in Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenko, 205.

II To calculate the lease payment in order to extend the lease agreement:

1. part of the premises of a one-storey building with an area of ​​75.55 sq. m. in Cherkasy city, ​​str. Hoholia, 301;

2. the first floor of a five-storey building with an area of ​​7.2 square meters. m city Cherkasy, blvd. Shevchenko, 205.

1. garage of ​​24.8 sq. m. in Mankivka village, str. Soborna, 2a;

2. garage of ​​22.2 sq. m. in Kaniv town, str. Enerhetykiv, 30/2.

Applications for the competition are accepted until 16:00 on November 13, 2018.

The competition will be held at 11.00 on Nov. 19, 2018 in RO in the Cherkasy Region.
