The State Property Fund of Ukraine offers for sale the UBO of the healthcare complex “Prykarpattia” in Yaremche town

“The Fund put up for privatization the healthcare complex ‘Prykarpattia” in Yaremche town, which is on the balance sheet of the National Bank of Ukraine. The starting price is 64.4 million UAH. The auction step - 644.9 thousand. The auction will be held on August 13 this year in the ProZorro.Sales system”, - said Vitalii Trubarov, the Head of the State Property Fund, on his page on Facebook.

According to him, the healthcare complex is in excellent condition, protected and maintained in proper technical condition, heated in winter.

The first stage of construction - building of bulk No. 2 - fully completed, complete with furniture, plumbing, lighting. But a part of the external sewer pipeline (about 200 meters) is not laid, which makes the building can not be operated.

This building consists of five double rooms and three suites. The house is built according to an individual project. The total area is 2,029.75 m2.

The second stage of construction is, in fact, the construction of a checkpoint and underground wastewater treatment facilities and the reconstruction of an open water reservoir that the investor has to complete within 1 year and put into operation the complex.

The complex “Prykarpattia” is located on a land plot with a total area of ​​2.7 ha.
