The Fund sells the unfinished construction state property object – health complex “Prykarpattia” with a land plots

The SPFU offers to sell the unfinished construction state property object – health complex “Prykarpattia” with a land plots ­ http://www.privatization.gov.ua/sale-obj/1824.

Object location: 7 Hrushevskoho Str., Yaremche town, Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Construction of the complex includes two stages of construction: I stage - the building of corps No. 2 with a degree of readiness of 96%, II stage - design and estimate documentation of the corps building No. 1.

The Privatization Object is located on the land plot with a total area of 2.7303 ha.

Initial price of the Privatization object isUAH 51,957,315.60.

One of sale terms is completing the construction of the Privatization Object and put it into operation.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the Auction is March 12, 2018 at 18.00.

An e-Auction will be held by the Commodity Exchange “Universal Commodity Exchange” on March 16, 2018 at 10.00.
