In the Khmelnytskyi region, competitions for the selection of subjects of evaluation, which will be involved in an independent evaluation, are held:

1. parts of the corridor premises of 6.0 sq. m on the 1st floor of the building, at: lane Podilskyi, 1, Starokostiantyniv town.

2. monument of architecture of national significance of the 16th century - Armenian bastions with a total area of ​​219.7 sq. m, at: 4 Zamkova str., Kamianets-Podilskyi town.

3. premises of the Gate Tower with an area of ​​21.5 sq. m and the Casemant Curtin Room of 72.5 sq. m of the complex of the Russian Gate with towers and fortifications, which is a monument of architecture of national significance of 15-16 centuries, at: 93 Ruska str., Kamianets-Podilskyi town.

4. premises of 167.8 sq. m on the 1st and 2nd floors of the office building, at: 60 T. Shevchenka str., Klymentovychy village, Shepetivka district.

5. premises of 73.5 sq. m in the building of the store, at: 93 Vokzalna str., Kamianets-Podilskyi town.

6. premises of 275.2 sq. m in the building of the store: 93 Vokzalna str., Kamianets-Podilskyi town.

7. premises of 15.8 sq. m on the 5th floor of the administrative building, at: 29 Soborna str., Khmelnytskyi city.

8. part of the premises of 2.0 sq. m in the educational building, at: 23 Myru avenue, Shepetivka town.

The purpose of an independent evaluationt - the definition of market value for the purpose of concluding lease agreements (Nos. 1-4, 7 and 8), extension of lease agreements (No. 5-6).
