On May 20, 2021, privatization of buildings and constructions that are part of the property complex will be auctioned online.

The property complex consists of 17 buildings and constructions with an area of 2 115.6 sq. m.: a canteen, summer houses (13), a pavilion, a garbage collector, a transformer substation.
