Odesa Regional Office sells the enterprise “Agroholod”

Odesa Regional Office sells the Single property complex of state enterprise “Scientifically-Research and Design Institute of refrigeration engineering and technology “Agroholod”.

The enterprise is located in Lyman district (on a territory of the Fontanka village council) at a distance of 2 km from Odesa city.

The Single property complex consists of a building and construction with a total area of 24.5 sq. m, a car, equipment and tools.

The enterprise’s property is placed on the land plot of 4.6 ha. The enterprise is provided with roads, water supply and drainage systems, energy supply; the territory of the enterprise is fenced.Technological equipment is dismantled and it is absent in the enterprise. All building and constructions were put into operation in 1991 and need in a total renovation.

Initial price of the object is UAH 22.55 million.

E-Auction will be held by Ukrainian Universal Exchange at 10.00 on November 24, 2017.
