Sumy Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine proposes a work for appraisers
The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy oblast has announced a competition for selection of appraisers for independent valuation of the objects of lease:
– a premise of 54.4 sq. m. at the 1st floor of the three-storey building of a main building: at 160, Kondratieva Herasyma str., Sumy city.
– a part of a premise of 2.0 sq. m.: 20, Chernigivska str., Shostka city.
– premises of 21.7 and 23.6 sq. m. of a building of historical site, architecture and monumental art of local value “Budynok povitovogo zemstva”: at 51, Kyevo-Moskovska st., Hlukhiv town.
A competition will be held on 14 Nov 2018 at 9.00 a.m. The deadline for submitting of competition documentation is 8 Nov 2018.
