Administration on the Exercise of Authority in Zhytomyr Оblast announced an auction for the privatization of the Property complex of SOE «Special Design and Technological Bureau of G. E. Pukhova Institute of Modelling Problem in Power Engineering of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine».

The administrative building is located in the city center, near to the recreational area, higher education institutions, there is a developed infrastructure.

The state-owned enterprise owns the ground floor, the first floor, part of the second floor and the third floor of the building. The building is capital, cosmetic repairs of premises are carried out. The land plot with an area of ​​0.14 ha is in permanent use.
