Cherkasy Regional Office sells four objects with 50% discount

E-auctions on a sale of small privatization objects by an electronic trading system ProZorro.Sale were announced by the Regional office in Cherkasy region.       

Four state ownership objects are offered with 50% discount:

-          A bath-house of 182.3 sq. m. at the address: 28, Molodizhna str., Krachkivka village, Mankivka district. An initial price – 15,060 hryvnias. -          An unfinished building for teachers at the address: 10, Tsentralna str., Pryvitne village, Zolotonoscha district. An initial price – 39,891.67 hryvnias. -          An unfinished 30-apartment housing building for small families at the address: 10a, Heroiv Maidanu str., Kamianka town. An initial price – 20,846.58 hryvnias. In case of interest in lots, the buyer independently chooses one of 30 accredited electronic platforms, which fully accompanies the participant both in matters of registration of the necessary documents, and in the process of participation in electronic auctions.
