Cherkasy Regional Office proposes to evaluate the lease objects

Regional Office in Cherkasy Region announced a competition for the selection of appraisers. It is necessary to evaluate the objects of the lease:

To conclude a lease agreement:

1. parts of the building premises of 15.65 sq. m. at the address: Monastyrysche town, str. Soborna, 103;

2. parts of the garage building of 151.4 sq. m. at the address: Zolotonosha town, str. Shevchenka, 137.

To extend the lease agreement:

1. parts of a building premises with an area of 4.0 sq. m. at the address: Monastyrysche town, str. Soborna, 103;

2. pharmacy premises of 87.3 sq. m. at the address:  Smila town, str. Repina, 26в;

3. parts of the building premises of  studio 14.6 sq. m. and part of the shoe-repair shop of 3.0 sq. m. at the address: Zolotonosha town, str. Shevchenka, 137.

The latest date of application filing is November 20, 2018, until 16.00.

The competition will be held on November 26, 2018 at 11.00 in RO.
