Cherkasy Regional Office is looking for specialists to evaluate lease facilities

The Cherkasy regional office announces the competitive selection of appraisers to carrying out of independent evaluation of the following lease facilities:

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of rent in order to conclude a lease contract for state property:

1. a part of space of 20.0 sq m at the address: 6 Shevchenka Str., Kaniv town.
2. a part of area of 108.7 sq m at the address: 17 Zakhysnykiv Ukrainy Str., Zhashkiv town.
3. a part of hall of 9.0 sq m at the address: 205 Shevchenka Ave., Cherkasy city.
4. a part of premise of 2.0 sq m at the address: 103 Soborna Str., Monastyrysche town.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of rent in order to extend the lease contract of state property:

a garage of 53.8 sq m and shed of 75.6 sq m at the address: 108A Chekhova Str., Cherkasy city.

Deadline for submission of applications is February 27, 2018 at 16.00.

A competition will be held on March 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. in premises of the Cherkasy regional office at the following address: 205 Shevchenko Boulevard, Cherkasy City, tel. +38 (472) 37 29 71.
