The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Chernivetska Oblast succeeded in closing the case of bankruptcy of the «Cheremosh Tuorism Complex»

By a Decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine dated March 13.2019 in a bankruptcy case of PrJSC «Cheremosh Tuorism Complex» as a result of the complete, comprehensive and objective consideration of the arguments of the cassation appeal of the Regional Office dated 29.12.2018, which is also confirmed by the materials of this court case, the cassation appeal of the privatization body was partially satisfied: the decision of the local economic court (in part) and decision the court of appellate instance (in full) were cancelled and the proceedings in this case on bankruptcy of PrJSC  «Cheremosh Tourism Complex» was closed as such which has been violated unreasonable.
