RO SPFU in Dnipropetrovsk region sells the single property complex of state enterprise "Dnipropetrovsk Special Design and Technology Bureau "Elevatormlynmash ".

The address of the object: Dnipro City, str. Starokozatska, 16/18.

The structure of SPC includes: unfinished construction facility - engineering and laboratory building (building readiness - 94%), hangar, awnings, cars, etc.

From 2013 the company does not work. Main directions of activity of the enterprise: scientific and technical researches, development of design documentation, testing of prototype samples and putting on serial production of equipment for grain storage, mill and feed industry.

There are liabilities of the company for borrowed funds, taxes, liabilities of wages and social insurance, etc.

Initial price - 3, 615 million UAH.

Among the conditions of sale - the buyer becomes the successor of all rights and obligations of the privatized enterprise.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction is October 23, 2017 until 17.00.

The auction in electronic form will be held by the Commodity Exchange "Ekaterynoslavska" in October 2017 at 11.00.
