Kharkiv Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine proposes to evaluate the privatization objects
On 4 Sept a competition for selection of appraisers will be taking place. It’s necessary to provide of independent valuation for the purpose of lease transaction and privatization due to auction selling. Lease objects:
1. A premise at the 2nd floor of three-storeyed building of 47.20 sq. m. at 36, Heroiv Nebesnoi Sotni square, Kharkiv city.
2. A store-building of 65.90 sq. m.: at 1, Smorshky str., Tarasivka village, Kupianskyi district.
3. A premise at the 2nd floor of three-storeyed laboratory of 33.90 sq. m.: at 25, Myronosytska str., Kharkiv city.
4. A part of surface of 2 sq. m. of an outside wall of building on the 1st floor of two-storeyed building of the Student’s Palace ‘Suchasnyk’: at 330, Klochkivska str., Kharkiv city.
5. A premises of the second floor of 17.30 sq. m. and a part of the left and right ends of walls with the opposite façade (in summary) of 35.00 sq. m. of an educational building with a total area of 52.30 sq. m.: at 65Г, Yuvileinyi str., Kharkiv city.
Privatization object:
The object of small privatization is unfinished buildings of buffet of 43.2 sq. m. with the canteen of 54.0 sq. m. at 8б, 8вAutomobilna str., Pisochyn small town, Kharkiv district.
