The Scientific and Production Enterprise “Vynkonservproekt” are offered for privatization in Kherson city

The SPFU’s Regional Office in Kherson Region, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city offers for privatization the Single Property Complex of State Enterprise “State Scientific and Production Enterprise “Vynkonservproekt” is placed at the address: 124 Bohorodytska Str., Kherson city.

The enterprise provides services for development of design and estimate documentation for capital construction, expansion, reconstruction, technological re-equipment and overhaul of facilities for processing and storage of various types of agricultural products.

Object of the sale is a single property complex, consisting: built-in non-residential premises on the ground floor and a basement with a total area of 526.7 sq m are placed in nine-storey housing building. Object’s state is satisfactory.
