In Kherson, they are looking for experts to evaluate rental properties

Regional Office of SPFU in Kherson district, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and and Sevastopol city has announced a competition for the selection of appraisers for an independent assessment:

- premises on the 1st floor of the dining room of 73.8 sq. m, at the address: Kherson city, str. Komkova, 73-б.

- premises in the administrative building of the Dnipro DD  KhDM MMIA of Ukraine in the Kherson region of 12.7 sq. m, at the address: Kherson city, str. Zalaegerseg, 29 a

- premises in the administrative building of the Suvorov DD KhDM MMIA of Ukraine in Kherson region of 13.1 sq. m, at the address: Kherson city, str. Maiakovskoho, 10.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of lease in the conclusion of the lease.
