Kmelnytskyi Regional Office offers to evaluate the objects of lease

The Khmelnytskyi Regional Office of SPFU offers to evaluate the state property:

1) a metal booth of 21.73 sq. m, 12a Shevchenko str., Kamianets-Podilsky town;

2) a part of the premise of 2.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the hostel, 114a Timiryazev str., Kamianets-Podilsky town;

3) a part of the premise of 2.8 sq. m. on the 2nd floor of the hostel, 12b Shevchenko str., Kamianets-Podilsky town;

4) a part of the premise of 2.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the hostel, 12a Shevchenko str., Kamianets-Podilsky town;

5) a part of the premise of 2.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the educational building, 95 Lesia Ukrainka str., Kamianets-Podilsky town;

6) a  part of the corridor of 3.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of the clinic, 112 Proskurivskogo pidpillia str., Khmelnytskyi city;

7) a building of the City Gate of 113.6 sq. m. in the complex of the City Gate, which is a monument of architecture of national importance, 3 Zamkova str., Kamianets-Podilsky town;

8) a part of the premise of 2.0 sq. m. on the 1st floor of a residential building, 35 Ivan Franko str., Starokonstantyniv town.

An evaluation is carried out to determine the market value in order to extend the lease agreement (objects No.1-4 and No. 7), the conclusion of the lease agreement (object No. 5-6 and No. 8).
