Khmelnytskyi Regional Office proposes to evaluate a number of objects

Regional Office in the Khmelnytskyi Region conducts competitions on the selection of appraisers for the purpose of property assessment:

1) the object of unfinished construction “Building number 1 with the fence, highways and improvement”, Oleshyn Village Council, Khmelnytskyi district, complex of buildings and structures No. 6; date of assessment - 30.09.2018;

2) part of the access railroad tracks with length of 863.0 r. m., 122 Kozatska Str., Slavuta town; date of assessment - 31.08.2018.

The purpose of conducting an independent assessment - the definition of market value for the purpose of privatization through sale at an auction with conditions (object number 1); conclusion of a lease agreement (object number 2).
