Khmelnytskii RO proposes to evaluate objects in Khmelnytskii

Khmelnytskii Regional Office of SPFU offers to evaluate property of state property.

Competition for selection of appraisers, which will be involved in conducting an independent assessment of state property objects, is conducted:

1) part of the premises is 55.0 sq. m. on the first floor of the laboratory building: 36 Svobody str., Khmelnytskii city;

2) a premise of 50.0 sq. m. on the third floor of the laboratory building: 36 Svobody str., Khmelnytskii city;

3) part of the asphalt platform of 20.0 sq. m.: 11/1 Zahidno-Okruzhna str., Khmelnytskii city;

4) a premise of 36.42 sq. m. on the first floor in the hostel: 35 I. Franka str., Starokostiantyniv town, Khmelnytskii region;

5) a premise of 88.6 sq. m. on the first floor of a residential building: 11 Skovorody str., Khmelnytskii city;

6) a premise of 85.1 sq. m. on the first floor of a two-storey annex to the administrative building: 36 Geroiv Maidanu str., Khmelnytskii city;

An assessment is made for - the definition of market value in order to extend the lease agreements (facilities number 1, number 4), the conclusion of lease agreements (objects number 2-3, № 5-6).
