In Khmelnytskyi region it is necessary to evaluate the non-current assets of the Slavuta combine "Budfarfor"

Khmelnytskyi regional officehas announceda competition forselection of appraisers for an independent assessment:

1) premisesof 23.9 square meterson a basement floor in atransition between hostels: 12б Shevchenkastreet, Kamyanets-Podilskyi town;

2) premisesof 17.0 square meterson the 1st floor of the building of educational and methodical center: 9Zarichanskastreet, Khmelnytskyitown;

3) part of the corridor of 2.0 square meterson the 1st floor of the educational building: 2/8 HrushevskogoAve., Kamyanets-Podilskyi town;

4) non-current assets of the CMC of the State Enterprise "Slavutskyi combine "Budfarfor", which areto bereturned after the termination of the lease agreement.

An assessment is carried out to determine the market value for the purpose of concluding lease agreements (objects number 1, number 3), extension of the lease agreement (object number 2), reflection of the results of an independent assessment in accounting when returning the leased property after the termination of the lease, with the further conveyance of the transfer balance (object number 4).
