In the Khmelnytskyi oblast it is necessary to evaluate the architectural monument and premises

The Administration on the Exercise of Authority in Khmelnytskyi Oblast of the Regional Office of the SPFU in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts offers to evaluate state property.

The competitions for the selection of appraisers that will be involved with the purpose of providing rental property valuation services are announcmend:

- the premises of 46.6 sq. m. on the first floor of the administrative building, at: 8a Lysenka str., Volochysk town;

- the premises of 59.7 sq. m. on the 2nd floor of the administrative building, at: 154 Lesi Ukrainky str., Polonne town;

- summer playground of 14.7 sq. m. of the Town (Mykhailivska) Gate, which is a monument of architecture and urban development of national importance, at: 3 Zamkova str., Kamianets-Podilskyi.

The valuation is carried out to determine the market value in order to extend the lease agreement.

Competitions will be held on November 21, 2019 at 10 am.
