There are lease objects needing to evaluate in Kropyvnytsky

The SPFU’s Regional office in Kirovohrad region announced the competition of appraisers to conduct independent evaluation following facilities, namely:

-  part of premise of 1.0 sq m on the ground floor of administrative building at the address: 1 Pashutinska Str., Kropyvnytsky city;

-  premise of 11.91 sq m on the ground floor of administrative building at the address: 3 Ievhena Malaniuka Str., Kropyvnytsky city;

-  a part of concrete paver of 61.99 sq m at the address: 210 Moskovska Str., Kropyvnytsky city;

- premise of 181.62 sq m at the address: 10Vyshneva Str., Kompaniivka small town;

An assessment is made for the continuation of the lease agreement.

- part of premise of 2.0 sq m on the technical floor of the dormitory No. 1 at the address: 19 Studentsky Boulevard, Kropyvnytsky city;

- part of premise of 2.0 sq m on the technical floor of the dormitory No. 4 at the address: 37 Poltavska Str, Kropyvnytsky city. An assessment is made for the conclusion of a lease agreement.

- part of premise of 2.0 sq m on the technical floor of the dormitory No. 3 at the address: 35 Poltavska Str, Kropyvnytsky city. An assessment is made for the conclusion of a lease agreement.
