During an auction the lease payments have been increased by 22 and 12 times in Kyiv City

By results of contests to lease the objects that took place at the SPFU’s Regional office in Kyiv City, the lease payments have been increased by 22 and 12 times, namely:

1. Non-residential premises of 4.00 sq m (4, Zheliabova str., Kyiv city). During a bidding the initial price was grown from UAH 261.93 to UAH 5.893 thousand.

2. Non-residential premises of 4.00 sq m (54-A, Peremohy Ave., Kyiv city). During a bidding the initial price was grown from UAH 328.43 to UAH 4.187 thousand.
