Kyiv is studying a demand for facilities of public associations of the former USSR
In order to determine further effective use of the All-Union public associations (organizations) property of the former USSR the SPFU’s Regional office in Kyiv city is studying a demand for privatization or leasing following state property facilities:
1. The property complex of 2,115.6 sq m(former tourist camp “Sviatoshyno”): 150, Peremohy Ave.
The complex includes: a canteen, summer houses, showers, pavilions, a toilet, waste container, transformer substation.
2. Real estate of 2,732.2 sq m:40, Kvitky Cisyk, Puscha-Vodytsia town.
The object consists: sleeping corps, medical corps, a club-canteen, a laboratory, a library and others.
3. Non-residential building – pumping station:30, Lisna str., Puscha-Vodytsia town.
The station is located on a territory of former sanatorium named after the 1st May (Puscha-Vodytsia town).
4. A premise in the basement of 279.0 sq m and premise on the ground floor of 608.0 sq m:4-8, Pavlivska str. Premises are placed in the 9-storey housing building.
5. Educational and sport base: 105, Kyrylivska str.
The base includes: a hotel, a branch of hotel, a swimming pool, personal service room, a sporting complex with tribunes and administrative building, a checking point, a building of ticket offices, showers, a sauna and others.
