Lviv Regional Office sold 3 objects at e-auctions

The Regional office in Lviv oblast sold 3 small privatization objects at e-auctions which held 30 and 31 August. As a result of the sale the prices of objects increased by 1.5 - 3 times. The facilities which were privatized:

1. Unfinished conference-hall for 790 places in Lviv city, 35, Stryiska str. Initial price – UAH 3.474 million. Sale price – UAH 10.0 million.

2. Unfinished dormitory of hotel type for 100 places with canteen for 75 places in Maheriv small town of Zhovkva district. Initialprice– UAH39.51 thousand. Saleprice– UAH62.0 thousand.

3. Built-in non-residential premises of 89.4 sq. m. in Horodok town. Initialprice– UAH438.3 thousand. Saleprice– UAH777.78 thousand.
