“In Lviv region revenue has increased after the transfer of the property to the lease” said Mykola Kopach

The Chief of Lviv RO Mykola Kopach took part in the meeting of the Head of Lviv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniutka, where he reported on the work done at the Lviv RO of SPFU  in 2017 and the main tasks for 2018.

In 2017  RO privatized 12 objects of small privatization of state property in amount 1.798 million UAN (including 343.7 thousand UAH for lands).

On behalf of local governments  - Chervonohrad City Council and Litinsky Village Council of Drohobych district, the Regional Office privatized 5 communal property objects in amount of 1.667 million UAH.

Income to the State Budget for the leased property as of 01.01.2018 is 56.059 million UAH, which is almost 3 million UAH more than as of 01.01.2017.

"The Regional Office plan on income of funds from the state property in 2018 is 55.2 million UAH. As of April 18.04. 2018, the State Budget received 20.358 million UAH", - said the Head of the RO.

“Adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Privatization of State and Communal Property" should accelerate and improve the process of selling state property, as well as make it transparent, improve the efficiency of privatization process, increase budget revenues and investments in privatized objects,” noted Mykola Kopach.
