Regional Office in Mykolaiv Oblast Transferred UAH 12.9 million to the State Budget from the Lease

From the beginning of the yearthe Regional office of Mykolaiv oblast provided income from lease of state property to the State Budget in the amount of UAH 12.9 million, which is 36.4% of the annual plan.

As of April 30, 2019, the 510 lease contracts of state property with a total area of ​​437.2 thousand square meters are the accounted in the Regional Office of Mykolaiv oblast, including the 436 lease contracts of state property where the Regional office of Mykolaiv  oblast  is as the lessor.

Since the beginning of 2019, the Regional office of Mykolaiv oblast has concluded the 29 lease agreements, including 10 agreements were concluded in April, as well as conducted inspections on the use of 313 real estate objects (buildings and structures or their separate parts).
