In Mykolaiv region investors have invested UAH 22.2 million to the objects of privatization
The Mykolaiv regional office provided revenue from the objects of privatization of state property and other receipts directly related to the process of privatization in the amount of UAH 1.19 million, which is 115.5% of the annual plan. During the year 20 objects were privatized, 3 of them are state property and 17 are communal property of group A.
In 2017 were made 13 inspections of fulfillment of the contract terms for the sale and purchase of state property, which is 100 % of generalplanned number.During inspections were established violations of the terms of the contract of sale for 3 contracts.
According to the result of the final inspection 3 contracts of the sale were withdraw from the control.
Overall investors have invested UAH 22.233 million to the objects of privatization, from the beginning were attracted investments in the amount of UAH 144.5 million.
There are 178 objects in the region office management, in 2017 made management decision on 7 objects of state property.
In 2017 regional office provided revenue from the objects of privatization of state property to the State budget of UAH 36.016 million which is 5.63 million more than in 2016.
As of 31 December 2017 were registered 520,87 rental agreements of the state property on general area of 487.7 thousand m2 in 455 of them regional office acts as lessor, from the beginning of the 2017 regional office concluded 76 rental agreement on general area of 59.5 thousand m2 .
During the 2017 regional office manages state property of state enterprise “Volodymyrske”. As of 31 December 2017 arrears in the payment of the salaries, payment to the single social contribution and payments to the budget of state enterprise “Volodymyrske” are missing.
