Odesa RO sells property complex of SE “Energomontazhny train № 754”

The Odesa Regional Office sells SPC of the State Enterprise “Energomontazhny train № 754” (with the land plot) in Odesa ciy, on the street Seminarska, 15а.

The structure of the SPC consists of an office (an area of 147.2 square meters located in the basement of a 5-storey residential building in Odesa city on Seminarska str., 15-A) and a production base (Ovidiopol district, Avangard small town, Bazova str., 5).

 The structure of the production base of the SPC includes buildings and structures with a total area of 1507.0 square meters and vehicles, machinery, equipment, inventory (38 units). The property of the enterprise is located on a land plot of 1.4305 ha in the area of 7 km of Ovidiopol road, is provided with access roads, energy supply, territory is fenced.

 The initial price is UAH 10.47 million. The auction will be held electronically on December 26, 2017, at the Ukrainian Universal Stock Exchange.
