Odesa RO sells sports recreation center "Portovyk"

The Odesa RO sells at the electronic auction the sports recreation center "Portovyk" in the Ozerne village of Izmail district, 19 Polova str.

The recreation center is located within the coastal protective lake of Yalpug, 28 km from the city of Izmail. The center is located on the land of 4,09 Ha and operates in the summer-sanitary period. The structure of the recreation center consists of three dormitories, an administrative building, a pavilion of rest, five houses for summer recreation, an office building, an economic unit, a passage, a hangar for swimming, a meeting room, a cafe and others.

Initial price of the object - 3.74 mln UAH.

Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted until 17:00 on November 13, 2017.

The auction will be held electronically at the Ukrainian Universal Stock Exchange at 10:00 on November 17, 2017.
