Rivne RO offers to evaluate the objects of lease

Until 16.00 pm on February 2, 2018, applications for participation in a competition for the selection of appraisers who will be involved in an independent evaluation of the leased objects will be accepted.

The Regional Office, in particular, proposes to assess:

- part of asphalt covering of 2,5 sq. m: Rivne region, Kvasyliv small town, str. Rivne, 90;

- non-residential leased premises on the street Ivana Honchara 51a in the Zdolbuniv city.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of lease in order to conclude a lease contract of state property, as well as with a view to alienating the object of communal property by means of redemption, incl. determination of the value of indemnification of non-essential improvements.
