Regional Office of the SPFU in Rivne region is looking for specialists to evaluate rent objects

RO SPFU in Rivne region conduct a tender for the selection of appraisers for an independent valuation of rent objects, namely:

- parking for cars 4500 sq. m: 2, Tekhnichna St., Sarny Town;

- building of canteen 1812.6 sq. m and the industrial building with administrative premises 11,368.04 sq. m: 106 Kyivska St., Rivne City;

- paved place 7800.00 sq. m: 35 Vidinska St., Rivne City;

- metal warehouses 198.3 sq. m and 227,5 sq. m: 106 Kyivska St., Rivne City;

- passage 9.2 sq. m: 106 Kyivska St., Rivne City;

- the warehouse of less-common metal is 33.2 sq. m, 54.2 sq. m building, complex of buildings and structures of fuel pumping industry with an area of ​​337.4 sq. m: 106 Kyivska St., Rivne City;

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of rent in order to conclude lease contracts for state property.
