Rivne Regional Office offers for lease objects in Rivne city and Sarny town

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne oblast researches the demand for the objects of leasing. It’s, in particular:

-  A complex of buildings and structures: a repair shop of 381.8 sq. m., a motor-garage (10 service bays) of 561.1 sq. m., a store premise of 235.1 sq. m., a storage for materials of 107.2 sq. m. and others at 180, Kyivska str., Rivne city. 

-  A part of a chimney of a boiler-house of 12.0 sq. m. and a part of an asphalt covering of 3.0 sq. m. at 4, Tekhnichna str., Sarny town.

The Regional Office has been already obtained one statement of intentfor lease the last object. After studying demand, in the case of obtaining of two or more applications, the Regional Office will announce a competition for right of lease of state property. Applications should be sent until 15.10.2018.
